I can't say enough great things about Quackers. My basement had issues due to hydrostatic pressure. Water always came from the center and all four sides. My basement was barely usable to do laundry. I needed a company that knew how to work with a radon system since I have one. I also needed a company that knew how to work with support beams in which I have 12. I had several different companies and individuals come out and give me estimates,but they were either overpriced, unprofessional, didn't show up or simply told me they couldn't do the work due to the 12 steel beams supporting the walls. When I called Quackers, I spoke with Heather and she was very professional and more than happy to help. Jason came to my house and was very professional and listened to all of my concerns. He thoroughly explained how and what they would do if I hired them. I was very comfortable with our conversation. I received a great estimate by the next morning in which I happily accepted, after a year of trying to find the right company. I called Heather and she agreed to meet me at my house to sign. This was a big job and they said they'd start on Monday and finish on Friday and it went just as planned. The job included perimeter drain tiles system, sump pit, waterproof panels on corners tied into drain system, remove and reinstall support beams to the footing with new adjustable top brackets. The fan to my radon system went out in between the time of the estimate and the time of their arrival and so they installed a new one for me. Also the ventilation pipe going under my house for the radon system was filled with mud and water and not properly installed and therefore not properly functioning. They also installed that properly for me. The crew that came to my house everyday was prompt, professional, polite and they kept me updated every step of the way. From start to finish this was such a comfortable, trusting and quality experience for me. My basement is dry and all of the work looks great. I highly recommend Quackers and I will continue to use them for any of my future jobs. I'm so thankful to Heather and Jason for getting it all started and to Travis, Ted, Rob, Chase and Chase for doing such a great job.

Being that it is 2020, I decided to replace our 25+ year-old sump pump. I wanted a reputable pump (Zoeller) with a battery back-up, and I didn't want to do it myself. After getting a shockingly high estimate from a local well-known company, I stumbled across Quacker's here on FB and was impressed by all the positive reviews - here, and on the internet. I'm glad I did. They were great to work with and saved us some money. I contacted them about some minor issues after the new system was installed and they were here the next morning to take care of them. That's how you do business folks.

Love this company. I made a lot of calls to finish a French drain for our basement. It wasn’t a huge job so no one really wanted to talk to me. The previous company only did half the job and said nothing else needed to be done but the water just moved and kept coming. My interactions with Quakers were friendly and professional from the start. I was never rushed or talked over. They listened and fixed the problem and even worked with our schedule as we were having the heater and ac replaced at the same time. They were courteous and delightful to work with. And always available by phone or they quickly returned my calls. I would highly recommend them. They were awesome!!

This was an emergency job. Our sump pit filled suddenly after 10 years of begin dry hole. We began emptying the water with a 2 gallon bucket extracting more than 60 gallons in a 24 hours. Quackers responded the same day and showed up the next morning ready to work. The pump was installed and custom piping fabrication in a couple hours. No damage thanks to their prompt response and quality workmanship. Disaster averted!

We had a leak in the basement wall under our stairs on Thanksgiving Day. We called that Friday and left a message. Quacker's called back that same day to make an appointment to look at the crack and give an estimate. They showed up on time to do the work and performed the work in an efficient, professional manner. A transferable warranty showed up on January 6, 2001 just as promised. I would definitely hire this company again.

They scheduled an appointment and then actually called that day to ask if they could come earlier. He finished the work in about an hour and left no mess behind. The crack has held, even through the hurricane remnants from late summer to early fall of this year.
